The contest closes once 200-unit leases are signed or on September 30, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. EST, whichever comes first.

The gift card prize will only be offered to the person who is officially signing the lease agreement with BGO Living. It is the leaseholder on record’s responsibility to cause and ensure that any expectations or disputes or disagreements with any other occupants or residents within the same unit are managed internally, with no responsibility or liability to BGO Living. If there are multiple leaseholders at one unit as per the records of BGO Living who have all signed the lease agreement, the gift card prize value is to be divided equally among such leaseholders. The Experience The Junction Contest draw date will take place five (5) business days following the Experience The Junction Contest end date. The draw will take place at 299 Campbell Avenue and will be a random draw from all eligible entries.

The selected winner will be notified within five (5) business days of the draw date.

Before declaring a winner, the selected entrant will be required to:

• Be a current leaseholder at The Campbell
• Correctly answer a skill-testing question
• Sign and return the Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release Form

1. $23,500 rent credit applied towards rent and the remaining $5,000 in neighbourhood gift cards. In this option, $1,958.33 will be applied toward the total rent amount owing by the leaseholder as a rent credit on the first of each month for 12 months. Rent credit is only valid while the winner is a leaseholder of a unit at 299 Campbell Avenue in Toronto.
2. $28,500 rent credit applied towards monthly rent. In this option, $2,375 will be applied towards the total rent amount owing by the leaseholder as a rent credit on the first of each month for up to 12 months, while the winner is a leaseholder of a unit at 299 Campbell Avenue in Toronto.

The winner will receive the prize once the winner completes the required items to:

The total prize is at a value of $28,500, which assumes $2,375 (one-bedroom) x 12 months. Up to $2,375 will be applied toward rent each month that the leaseholders reside at The Campbell for up to a maximum of 12 months. We are offering the prize in one of two ways:
